During the 3rd quarter of this year, academics in the East African sub-region gathered in Kampala, Uganda, to exchange country experiences, ideas, and research findings. The 10th Eastern Africa Land Administration Network (EALAN) was held between 23rd to 25 July 2018, under the theme “Promoting Responsible Land Administration in East Africa and the Great Lakes Regions.” The network is devoted to providing a platform for academics and partners engaged in education, research and training pertaining to land administration to exchange ideas, experiences, and knowledge.
We are pleased to invite researchers, scholars and authors to submit research articles on topics related issues of Land Governance as well as Gender in Africa, for presentation at a continental NELGA research event that will be held from the 19th to the 23rd of November 2018 under the theme “Land Governance as a Driver for Sustainable Socio-economic Development” in Ethiopia.
